In addition to their appeal for High Net Worth private clients, these vehicles are being utilised by a growing number of family offices, asset managers and professional insurance investors to diversify further their asset allocation strategies. We work closely with these larger scale investors to create bespoke investment opportunities and complementary tax efficient structures.
In our experience, insurance trade investors, syndicate managers and underwriting teams prefer to focus on underwriting and not be burdened with the administration of managing the supporting corporate vehicles. Increasing numbers of trade investors are, therefore, using us as a cost effective alternative to manage and structure these vehicles, leaving themselves free to focus on their core underwriting business.
