Coco Peng to lead 2121's new Lloyd's China Underwriting Division

Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd (ASML), the Managing Agency subsidiary of Argenta Holdings plc, has signalled a further extension of its international underwriting network by joining the rapidly developing Lloyd’s China platform in Shanghai.

Syndicate 2121’s newly established Underwriting Division on the Lloyd’s China platform will be led by Coco Peng.  Coco, who will be based in Lloyd’s China office in Shanghai, has worked in the insurance industry for over ten years. She has wide-ranging expertise in the Marine and Energy sectors, as both a broker and underwriter.  Her previous roles included managing Guy Carpenter’s Marine & Energy portfolio for Mainland China, Head of Marine Reinsurance for Greater China at Aon Benfield and as a Marine Hull Underwriter at Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A in the UK.
